Security is our watchword. The Data Protection Act of 1984 imposes a mandatory requirement that all documents containing personal information, such as names, addresses, financial or legal details, must be destroyed under secure conditions.

Collection from your premises is made by security-vetted staff and then delivered to our secure plant which has CCTV and automatic security lights. All collection vehicles are in radio contact with our depot. Building security is maintained by a NACOSS approved alarm system, which is monitored twenty-four hours a day by British Telecom's REDcare with links to the Suffolk Police Headquarters.

We provide a full audit trail of your material, from collection to destruction, and a certificate of destruction on completion.
